Under some conditions, we are unable to accommodate our customers’ requests to come to our office in order to have their documents notarized or commissioned. Our mobile notary service may be requested for a number of reasons, including bad weather, the need to save time, convenience, privacy, mobility difficulties, close proximity to a notary, or the requirement for help outside of normal business hours.
Don’t fret! We ask that you keep in mind that we are glad to be of assistance to you. If you need a document notarized or commissioned, our notary public will come to your location to do the service.

Once you have submitted you document via email, please book an appointment with one of our notary professionals for an online appointment.
Once your appointment has been confirmed, we will email you a zoom video link to join your appointment at your selected time. Please ensure to have a valid photo ID (drivers license, passport etc.) to show during the video call.
Finally, once the document is signed and notarized, you will get a digital copy of your notarized document, complete with a notary seal.
